I'm a story artist recently graduated from Howard University. Storytelling is my passion, and I've been writing and drawing my own stories for as long as I can remember.

 

Stories are one of the first ways people connect and share with each other. Everyone has a story to tell, everyone has an experience to share. In my life I’ve experienced and heard so many stories that aren’t in mainstream media. And I want to change that.

I choose animation and digital media because that’s what I connect to the most. It was so prevalent in my life growing up as a really fun way to tell a story. Realizing that I could tell my own stories, with my own characters, who look like me has sparked so much creativity and passion. 

Moving forward I plan to start my own animation studio with a focus on telling stories that spark a change in people to draw closer to Jesus.
